Hello, Everyone:
It’s another Monday and time for a weekly update.
Over the weekend, the last major event of the UCI season, Il Lombardia, took place. It was also the last “monument” of the season. Paul Seixas, Decathlon-GMA, grabbed the victory from Enric Mas, Movistar, the winner of the 2026 Vuelta a España. It was the first win of a major cycling victory for Seixas, who was also the youngest rider ever to win that race at just 20 years old.
Meanwhile, although it’s mid-October, it feels more like summer, with temperatures forecasted to be in the 80s the next couple of days before the autumn cool down hits. So, I hope you are all getting out for some rides in your summer kit while you still can.
Have a great week, everyone!
