Welcome to June; End of the Giro d’Italia

Hello Everyone:

And just like that, it’s now June and the first month of summer. The days are sunnier and longer and mostly warmer, although still with some cool nights. So, in my opinion, ideal. But from now until September or so, it should get even warmer with less rain. Enjoy the cool nights, which are, of course, excellent for good sleep.

Over the weekend, the Giro d’Italia came to an end with Jonas Vingegaard winning his first Giro. He has now won all the grand tours, something his most fierce rival, Tadej Pogačar, has not done yet. He has won the Tour de France four times and the Giro once, but he has never won the Vuelta, a victory I’m sure he’ll be gunning for this year.
